"We visit museums, admire the beauty of or the concept behind a piece of artwork, and catch glimpses of the shadowy figures of the artist behind the work. But who are they really? In an attempt to answer this question, photographic portrait artist Tom Casalini of Zionsville, Indiana, has conceived a project called the Indiana Artists Series in which he has selected a group of Indiana artists to photograph. In this exhibit, a work created and selected by the artist will be shown alongside their portrait taken by tom Casalini, giving us a window into the world in which that artist lives and creates."
