The Pavilion The Gazebo The Gallery The Studio The Annex Rental Procedures You or your group can rent any of the facilities for parties, meetings, weddings, reunions or ??? Just follow the simple steps below. Not for profit rates are available. Contact: 1. Call the Art Center and check on the availability of the date of your event. If available, your event will be added to the calendar. 2. If renting the park or pavilion, contact Beth McKechnie We will schedule a time to meet with you at the Art Center to review and fill out rental forms. The Damage Deposit can be paid at this time to guarantee your reservation date. 3. If renting the Gallery, studio or Annex: Beth McKechnie will send you rental forms to fill out and return with your damage deposit. At this time your reservation date will be guaranteed. One month before you event: 1. Pay the remainder of your rental fee 30 days before the event. One week before your event: 1. If renting the park or pavilion make arrangements with Beth McKechnie for a walking tour of the facility, the issuing of keys, and filling out the rental form for tables and chairs (if needed). Also, pick up a clean-up check list to fill out and return to the office after cleanup is complete. Damage deposit will then be returned to you 10 business days after your event. 2. If renting the Gallery, Studio or annex pick up the keys and the clean-up check list at the Art Center Office. After the clean-up check list is completed and returned, your damage deposit will then be returned to you 10 business days after your event. The Arts Pavilion is a 195' X 150' facility with cement flooring, restrooms, a kitchen / concession area, and storage with tables and chairs. There are electrical outlets located throughout the facility and a movable stage. The Arts Pavilion is perfect for wedding receptions, concerts, reunions, fairs, festivals, and fund-raisers. Rental fee for individual or public use:
The 20 foot Gazebo is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of hardwoods, dogwoods, crabapples and seasonal perennials. The grounds are well maintained throughout the year by many member volunteers. The Gazebo is perfect for small weddings of 100 or less, reunions, and club events. Rental fee for individual or public use:
The Gallery is located on the main floor of the Art Center. There are twelve exhibits on display each year to add class to your event. The gallery is perfect for club meetings, business meeting, lectures, and cultural events. Rental fee for individual or public use:
The Studio is located in the Art Center on the second floor. There is a large screen TV, VCR, stage, stage lighting, large pull down screen for presentations, tables, chairs, sink area, and restrooms. Rental fee for individual or public use:
The Art Annex has classroom space available for public use. Tables & chairs are available for a limited number of participants. Rental fee for individual or public use:
