The Arts Park is an oasis in the middle of down town New Castle. A wide variety of plants and aquatic life await you as you stroll the grounds of the Arts Park. A 20 foot gazebo invites you to relax. Music events, shows and exhibits can be seen in the Arts Pavilion. The pavilion and gazebo are also available for your wedding, reunion, or any event at reasonable rates .
